Hi, this is Jenny Ruan, founder of YBuffet🙋🏻‍♀️

I love building and I love buffets 🍽️ - founders gotta eat.

I started my entrepreneurship journey building aomigo.com as a solo founder.

A few weeks in, I found myself trapped between: 1. Finding a cofounder 👥; 2. Looking for business and legal consulting ⚖️; 3. Fundraising 💰; 4. Marketing 📢; 5. Building MVP 🚀; 6. Searching for office, housing, the right operational and developer tools 🏢...and I constantly run into other founders who are also struggling with all these miscellaneous tasks.

All these tasks are important for building a business, but that leaves founders little time for doing user interviews and building the actual product - where founders should be mostly focused on 🎯.

Founders' time is valuable ⏰. Scrolling through all kinds of websites looking for different services consumes huge amounts of the team's time and energy. Funny enough, I also constantly got reached out to by all kinds of service providers looking for clients. This is when I decided 💡, I'm gonna put aomigo.com on pause, and build the right marketplace for builders and providers. Craigslist was built 30 years ago in San Francisco for local events; YBuffet will start feeding all the contributors of the AI era in 2025 🦄.
